Booking
Fill out the following form for a booking request.
Prices are quoted in EURO, per apartment. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us at the email address: info@holidayinpiedmont.com
Terms and conditions:
Included: – linen, sheets and towels (excluding pool towels), – electricity, domestic hot water, wi-fi internet connection, – basic condiments and consumables for the kitchen, – cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, – use of the condominium swimming pool and laundry.
How to book: Deposit: 40% bank transfer upon booking – Balance: bank transfer within 15 days of the arrival date – contact us for IBAN information.
Cancellation terms: Cancellation of the reservation made at least 60 days before check-in will give the right to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. For the cancellation made after this deadline, the customer must pay our structure the payment of 100% of the nights booked.
Security deposit: A security deposit of € 350,00 for each apartment is required for any damage suffered by the property and/or furnishings and accessories or their shortages, attributable to the Customer and for the lack of or insufficient differentiation of the garbage.
Occupation: Only the guests listed in the booking form can occupy the apartment. We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the premises and not to leave cigarette butts in the surrounding nature. Pets allowed on request.
Arrivals and departures: arrivals and departures only on Saturdays in high season, every day in low and medium season. For arriving guests, the apartment will be available from 4.00 pm. Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Addizional services
Shopping service: Guests who wish to find the apartment already stocked upon arrival can request what they need on the booking form. The service is subject to payment.
Extra cleaning service: mid-week for those who wish. The service is subject to payment.
Extra linen change: Extra sheets and towels can be requested at the price of € 20,00 per person.
Cots and seats for children: upon request at no additional cost.
Cooking: Upon request, we can book a catering service for you.
Tour guide: Upon request, we can book you a tour guide.
